ar-15 kit question
I'm trying to pick between two AR-15 A2 complete upper kits, one from J&T and the other from M&A Parts.
They seem to be entirely identical except the J&T kit is about $40 more and come with a Shaw barrel, and the M&A kit comes with a Wilson barrel.
Any ostensible difference between the two? They're both the same 1x9 chrome match moly.
If you've got another idea for a preferable kit, please let me know.

If the assault weapons ban goes away, can I build a rifle with a pre-ban kit and a post ban lower reciever legally? Thanks in advance for your help.
Also, are colapsable(spelled wrong?) stocks completely illegal on a post ban rifle or are there ways to modify the rifle to make those stocks legal on a post ban?
