Has anyone heard of this gun?

There's a guy selling a Weatherby pump, says the model is "Patrician." I've never even seen a Weatherby pump, so I don't know anything about it. I need a new skeet gun, though, and I'd just love to show up to the range with a Weatherby. Can anyone tell me anything about it? He says it's at 95%+, but I'm not about to buy a gun I've never heard of (not again, anyways, but that's off topic). Anything you can tell me would be great. Thanks all.

  Weatherby made the Patrician from 1971-1982 . 95% book price is about $210. I haven't owned one , but if they are anything like the model 82 semi auto I had, I would throw it in the river.

  my dad has a patrician .12ga with 30"barrel and is disapointed with it he bought it new in 73 he says the only good thing about it is that it looks good
