case turning
does anyone have any info on sinclair case turners? i am considering the 1000 or 2000 model. is there a better one for the $$$? these run $75. to $100. approx. and look they would do a good job. i like that you can see the cutter at work. just trying to improve my loads and accuracy. thanks in advance. mac.

dm: Forster makes one as well and the price is somewhat lower, $41.99 and $7.99 for the pilots, It has a carbide cutter and works real sweet.[^]
Cabelas sells it, page 13 in their shooting catalog.

bolthandle, does the forster trim up on to the shoulder of the case like the sinclair or just the neck? 0 -
dm: Sorry for the late response, I couldnt get on my ISP yesterday.
Yes it does.
Forster also offer cutters at an extra charge that have a different angle to match the shoulder to the neck better. Im not sure of the angles that they offer, but you can check them out at their web site. www.forster.com
What I have turned down, looks just fine with what comes with it.

bolt handle, thanks for the reply. no worry about the time cause everybody has to make a living. i only get to cruise the net very sparingly, with 2 college kids and it's my wife's computer, time is of the essense. the guns and reloading stuff are mine and i still don't spend enough time at it. thanks again, mac. 0
