I use simple green,a toothbrush and Q-tip to clean and then I scrub with Break-Free. It is a great lubricant. I have noticed a big difference in the action of my pistol since I switched to Break-Free.

It also works great as an expectorant of carbon and copper fouling.

Hello I use and realy like "BALLISTOL" It will not hurt wood or leather or plastic is NON TOXIC and BIO-DEGRADEABLE plus wooks great on guns . One thing I don't like about stainless guns is stainless has a GUALDING problem so I don't own any but suggest BIRCHWOOD CASEY STAINLESS LUBE have used it on stainless maching parts

awhile ago i came across Lucus gun oil in a auto parts store where there products are sold. www.LucusOil.com it works fantastic![:)]

You might want to also look at Mobil 1 synthetic. I've used it for several years... bottle lasts a long time...
