Richland Arms 1847 Colt Walker 44

I have a friend who is selling a Richand arms 1847 Colt Walker in 44 cal. I can`t find any info on it.I know Navy Arms sells one for around $300. He said he paid $150 for his. Is Richland Arms stuff any good? What would the value be in used codition.He didn`t say what shape it was in.I`m assumming excellent condition.

  Richland Arms Company, Importer in Blissfield, Michigan, c. 1973...
  Imported O/U and Double Barrel Shotguns..Percussion Rifles and Pistols...In excellent Condition is going to be worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it..Its not a great collectors item...So if he's willing to except His Money back...$150.00 would be a fair price to pay...I have No idea as to who the manufacturer was/is.....

  The "Third Edition Blue Book of Modern Black Powder Values" lists the Richland Arms Walker at:
  100% - $275.00
  98% - $240.00
  95% - $165.00
  Last MSR was $185.00
  I would give him his money back real quick.
