Check out fsguns.com for info. They seem to keep up to date with the rules in Mass, since they want to continue to do business in the state....

It gets more complicated than that. Boston, Cambridge, & Worcester have their own regulations, so you may need to know what they allow. And, MA has restrictions on what handguns can be IMPORTED into the state, depending upon when they were manufactured. So, it would be difficult to put together a list.

Although it may not be completely up-to-date, most MA laws can be found in "State Laws and Published Ordinances - Firearm" (ATF P5300.5), which can be downloaded from the ATF website.

Since you will probably need to pay for the services of a MA firearms dealer, you might find that that is the best place to start. Dealers HAVE toknow the law, & most will be glad to assist you. Look in your local phone book, or check out the Gunbroker home page for a list of MA dealers.

    andersk,

Carl has a good listing of guns that can't be sold in Ma on his site. Check it out, its a good start.

I've delt with him quite a bit... he's been fair with me...
