    no because there isnt enough "oomph" or power to operate the bolt of your 22. they are good though in any other type of rifle.

    They cycle fine in my Browning Buckmark and in my Marlin model 60.

    They are great for hunting coon size animals for a one shot kill when the 40 grain bullets take 2 or 3 shots.

    They work fine in my 10/22. I have found they tend to work best in slightly used rifles that have a (broken in) recoil spring that is not so stiff.

    Make sure the action is well lubricated!!!

    I have a buckmark they work great in but they wont cycle in my mkII so you just have to try them out and see,every firearm is different
