Fitting Shotgun barrels...

Have a Browning Superposed Liege (12ga), recently bought some additional barrels for it that are factory new complete with ejectors and sights. What needs to be done to get the headspacing correct and to fit properly?...or should it be sent to a specialty shop?

  Rembrandt, have you tried to install those barrels on the receiver you have? Do they go on? If not, then a GOOD specialty shop should be contacted. The fits between the hinge pin, barrel lug and locking lug are critical, and must be "just so". As you know, a Superposed locks up with no slop or wobble and no binding unless its terribly worn. Unless I were a good double gun 'smith I'd send the gun to someone who is!!!

  Oleduck, haven't had a chance to try them yet, just bought them today, should be shipped sometime next week. Thanks for the reply...I'll see if I can find someone who specializes in this.
