Colt 38 super HELP!!
Im going to visit my uncle in Mexico and he has a Colt 38super, he doesn't clean cause he doesn't have a manual for it and kind of new to 1911's, I just got a SW1911 about a month ago, do most of the 1911's take down procedure is the same? I dont think the pistol has any mods from stock and i want to be able to clean it with complications or problems with a basic kit, i can use some help!!!!!!

I mean to say Im kind of new, I also clean some other guns like Glock, Ruger P series, Kimber pro carry 0 -
It should be the same. It will probably be a little easier as it won't have a full lenght guide rod or a tightly fitted barrel bushing. 0 -
