peters shotgun shells in original box
These are 16 Ga high velocity 2 9/16 in. Are there any buyers for these? Thank you for your help.

Good morning Yellnana, welcome to the forum. YES there are buyers for the old Peters Duck boxes. Alot depends on if the shells are rolled crimped or star crimped. Condition is everything, along with the shot size, #4 &2 shot will bring a few buck more than #6 or 71/2. If it's #5 you got another winning feature. If the box has "Mills Station" on it it's worth even more. Without seeing it, the price for these usually starts in the low twentys and goes up from there. From what I've seen following the collectable ammo, $35-$60 is common. I suggest you go to the Collectible Ammo section and start searching, for a box in the same condition as yours. Not many 16ga in 2 9/16 floating around, this could drive the price up even more. Hope this helps. Regards DAve 0
