Converting from 308 to 358

I am considering converting a Winchester Model 88 from 308 to 358. Other than the rebarreling are there any other modifications that would be necessary?

  Agree with Mr. Snow.
  
  Due to larger diameter bullet, the feed ramp may take a slight modification if it doesn't seem to chamber too well.

  Grind .308 off the barrel so some unsuspecting soul doesnt have problems in the future.
