Sorry, but I can't give you the number you are looking for, however I will ask you some questions that may help give some ideas:
1. Have you checked the latest version of Blue Book of Gun Values by S.P.Fjestad? My book is several years old and does not show the sillouete edition but perhaps the latest edition does. The blue book shows retail values on new model Ruger pistols.
2. Did you pay for it with a credit card? If so, hopefully you kept your statements/receipts that could show what you paid.
3. Did you pay with check? There again, perhaps you could come up with the old bank statement, and better still, copy of the check you wrote.
3a. Is the dealer you bought it from still around? Perhaps he could dig through his records for his copy of the receipt.
4. Did the gun have a scope on it? Don't forget to include that in the claim. Same with zipper bags, ammo, or anything else taken.
5. Was your door/window damaged by the thieves breaking in?
My experience with insurance companies is they will pay you a "reasonable" amount on guns and scopes as long as you can furnish some piece of documentation they can put in their records justifying the payment.
Last, when your insurance company pays the claim, just remember, if the gun is someday recovered, it belongs to them. You will have to buy it back from the insurance company to be legal. Normally insurance companies give the original owners first option at buying. They are not looking for all their money back, just a reasonable offer. I know, I have had the experience.
Hope this helps.

My 24th edition (last year ) shows a super blackhawk in .44 mag.,
10-1/2" bull barrel, blue , walnut grips,@ $519 full retail, 100% 385,
98% $295, 95% $240, 90% $195, 80% $170. It says nothing about sillouete model, but does add $10 to above values for the longer barrel. These seem a little low, at least for here locally, but I haven't looked specifically at blackhawks for a while.0 -
Give the insurance company the retail price for a new one, assuming you can come up with it...and don't forget to include state sales tax.

Call, email or write Ruger and get the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail price and use that. If the insurance company argues about it, argue back, vehemently. Your insurance company's policy is to make you whole financially. Some companies "force" people to get cars repaired. Wrong answer. They HAVE to give you the MONEY that the car was worth whether you repair it or not. This instance, the company has to make you whole to buy another similar revolver, or to buy a thousand bags of potato chips, doesn't matter. They have a fiduciary responsibility and will try to convince you otherwise. Don't let them. You've been paying their wages for years, I'm sure with an increase every year. Personally, I would not settle for less than 5 bills. They won't go to court for that amount, they'll pay if you stand your ground. 0
