Hello I'm in Uruguay and I recentlly sold a Schermuly's line throwing pistol (line launcher) to a member in the US. I would like to know if this item is restricted by the US law. The think is quite old,It has a brass frame. but I think it has been manufactured afer 1900
Perhaps you can tell me also where can I find the info.

There's one currently for sale on Gunbroker (see link below), so I wouldn't think that it is restricted.

since its over 100 years old, odds are it is considered antique and a curio. what would restrict it is if its projectile was of a caliber that could chamber a current and modern round. sounds to me it doesnt have a barrel, just a breech. sounds like a remington 10ga flare pistol to me. 0
