Does anyone know how to disassemble one of these? It has what appears to be a take down lever at front of frame under muzzle but I've been unable to solve the puzzle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please e-mail.

  The IPB shows that to be a "Takedown Latch". It appears that you have to unscrew the "Barrel Bushing" & remove the "Front Sight" to get the slide off.

  Mr. Rob,
  1) unload the gun!
  2) pull the slide all the way back
  3) pinch barrel & lever in front barrel together
  4) now slide will pull rearward approx. another 1/2 inch
  5) tilt up rear of slide & slide foreward off barrel
  
  now wasn't that easy!
