It's possible that your shotgun was made to be sold in Europe.
As Model 812 is not a designation/model shown in the normal Remington references. Also "GMBH" is the German acronym for our Limited Liability Company.
If you could post some pictures, so we can determine what model it is, it would help us give you an idea of it's current fair market value.

The model 812 was made in Brazil by Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos SA. This company is also known as CBC. It is a single shot break open gun. It was intended for sale outside of the USA. I have one in 410. The barrel should be stamped Remington Arms Co. Inc. then under that "Made in Brazil. Does all of this describe your gun? 0 -

Hello, Yes that does describe the gun..Would you know the value of this gun..I also have a remington nylon 66, 22 long shot with scope model # A2286768..Thanks for your time, Jessica0
