H&R 410 Handy-gun
HELP!!
My 86 year old uncle has given me his gun collection and it includes a H&R Handy gun with a .410 cal barrel and a .32/20 barrell. He has the approved form 4467 registration of certain firearms during November of 1968 that was returned to him back then by the Director of Alchohol and tobacco tax division approved and registered. What do I need to do to get this gun in my name? There is nothing that I can find in the paperwork about transfer of ownership. Thanks for any help in advance.

You will need to do a form 5 transfer. There is no tax due on a form 5. Ask a local class three dealer for help, or contact the ATF for a form 5. 0
