could somebody tell me about the gun i just inherited, model 92 25-20

Go here. I know there are a lot of cowboy action shooters who would give you a decent price for it should you chose to sell it. Meets the rules and has no recoil.

Serial number 919491 was manufactured circa 1923. If your Model 92 is in sound mechcanical condition, it is a very safe firearm. This model was designed to handle H.V. 44-40 loads, and the 25-20 W.C.F. is not nearly as potent of a cartridge by any stretch of the imagination.
Value is a strict function of the graded condition, factory originality, which specific variant it is (e.g Rifle or Carbine), the cartridge chambering (25-20 in this case), and if it has any special order factory options.
