.22 breech block rimfire old browning

Does anyone know how old this gun could be?
I believe it was made in the early 1900's[:)]
It has an octogon barrel and bull. It was given to
me by a friend. Please Help!![;)]

  What exactly is stamped on the barrel?
  Is it a falling block action with a lever to open the action?
  Is there anything stamped on the frame, lower or upper tangs, or...?
