Hello tatercats...
There is no such thing as a "Winchester Eagle Scout rifle". Now, if you are referring to the "Winchester Junior Rifle Corps" rifles that were issued to the Boy Scouts of America, there was a Kit No. 1 and Kit No. 2.
Kit No. 1 consisted of a Winchester Model 1902 and accoutrements, and was first issued in 1920.
Kit No. 2 consisted of a Winchester Model 04 and accoutrements, and was also first issued in 1920.
Both the Model 1902 and 1904/04 were discontinued in 1931, so these special kits were fairly short lived, and they are somewhat rare. If you have a complete kit, it would start at a minimum of $1000.

Please excuse my mistake, and accept my sincere apology... I apparently did not know exactly what you were referring to, and instead of asking for clarification, I instead made a bad assumption[V] I too often get into the mindset of the "old" Winchesters (which is what I know really well), and I forget about the modern made firearms (which I am not nearly as familar with). Tatercats;
Winchester made two commemerative rifles in 1985 for the Boy Scouts of America's 75th Anniversary. There were 15,000 of the regular BSA Edition rifles produced. I must say, that the BSA rifles I have seen were very, very, nice! Now, I recall there were only 1,000 of the Eagle Scout edition rifles made. I don't recall the name of the Gun Values Book, but it had a blue cover and was several inches think...it listed these two rifles in the back of the Winchester lever action section under 1985 commemeratives. I recall the price listed there as $700 for the BSA, and $3,500 for the Eagle Scout...NIB. Please keep in mind that the prices vary between the several different gun value books.
Winchester also produced 22LR Ammo in the same box printing as the BSA rifle...you can usually find it here on gunbroker if you do a search for Boy Scouts...
Other than that, I have not ran across anything else on these rifles. You may try contacting Winchester...
Good luck.

Yes, there were only 1000 of the Eagle Scout edition made in 1985. Wonderful gun. Antique gold plated receiver (engraved with Scout salute), high-polish blue and fantastic wood. Was issued in a presentation case.
Found one available in Germany advertised at 5900 Euro...
