Federal Gold Medal Match, is the top of the line stuff BUT, way expensive. Unless your a excellent shot, you can't really justify the expense.

Black Hills, makes a excellent product, both in new and remanufactured ammo. If your just a duffer like most of us, the accuracy won't be much different then the Federal. It's a heck of a lot cheaper though.

I agree with Rufe on the Black hills, new or remanufactured it performed as well as my match reloads. The 200 grn SWC was hard to beat.

Hello Each LOT of ammo will preform different within same brand of ammo . this is the number inside the box on the end flap. The only way for sure is to test each pistol in a ransom rest with each lot . the mil. marksmaship units used to match each pistol with a lot of ammo the best shots got the best pistols and best lot of ammo. That is how they won championships. You can do the same thing with MANY $$$$$$ or reload your own buy large supply of one lot each bullets primers powder and work up a load by testing . This is a proven way

I've got a stereotype attitude that FMJ will feed more reliably that lead.
I'm sticking with Fiocchi 230 gr. until I start hand-loading (Soon. Real soon.)
