Winchester Model 94 Question

I'm trying to date and value a Winchester Model 94 I am looking to buy. It's serial number is: 6000133M. It is a 30-30. It has never been fired, but no box, but does still have a sticker on the stock that says Genuine American Walnut.
I'm looking for a pre-64, and suspect this one might be newer. The seller wants $250 for it.

  A serial number that high is likely to have been made in the late 1980s to early 1990s. The year 1982 ended with serial number 5103248.
  
  $250 is probably a fair price for a new condition Model 94. Pre-64 made Model 94s should have a serial number <2700000.
