Beretta 390 20ga cycle of 2.75 vs 3"

Does the Beretta 390 cycle both 2.75 and 3" sheels good? I know the Rem. 1100 has a problem which is why it's made in seperate models. I have a 12ga 390 and it cycles everything I feed it. Anyone every hear of this problem with the 390 20ga.[?]
