I recently bought Approx.the same gun and I was told it was a nikko firearm. Possibly a winchester 101. Go back several pages and find a similiar question and check out the responses. Hope this helps!!

Thanks Scud. What's a reasonable price on one in excellent condition?

I rather doubt it is a Winchester 101. That is an over-under shotgun and unless it had the single trap fitted the Poly-Choke would be an interesting adaptation.

All Sears guns have a secondary model number (such as 583.74) that you will find somewhere on the barrel. If you can post that, we can cross-reference it for you.

Thanks for the help Country. Here you go: 583.7500

The barrel reads Sears Roebuck and Co. MOD. 75 20 GA. 583.7500

It was made by High Standard and is similar to their Supermatic shotgun.
