need help finding wood replacement grips for s&w model 469.

I recently purchased a S&W 469 9mm used. I am having a real problem with the sights it shots 2inches to the right a 7 yards but is grouped in a 2in. I tried moving the rear sight left and right but it still shoots to the right. any Ideas as how to correct the problem. Thanks Steve 0
