    Looks to me like rosewood, although it is a little hard to tell, even with your high quality photo. The emblem I sadly do not recognize and would assume that they are aftermarket. Seem to be of nice quality, so follow the previous posts advice and see what the market bears!

    EXACTLY like the grips I got at a gun show awhile back, I paid $20 new and the box was marked: SILE Custom Grips, SILE N.Y., N.Y. 10013 (made in Italy). hope this helps.
