Reliability of USP Compact 9mm
All I know is:
USP stands for Universal Selbstlade Pistole, or Universal Self-loading pistol in English.? (OoneeverSAL Zelbstladah Pistoleh.)
$725 delivered + $43 costs
Is it too large for CCW? 6.81" x 1.14" x 5"

i would consider the hk p7 as it is probably the safest and most reliable carry conceal gun ever.

I carry a HnK USP Compact in 40 S&W.
Overall, the weapon is outstanding. Really like the function, size and overall quality. The term "compact" is kind of a misnomer, at best. It is a bit on the biggish side for concealed carry, in the summer anyhow. For Fall, Spring or Winter, no problem. With a light jacket or sweater and a high riding hip or back holster, no problem at all. In the summer in Mississippi or Florida where I live, you are typically in shorts and a t-shirt. Kinda hard to hide anything other than maybe a kel-tec in 32 or the new 38.
The only other drawback it the cost. It is on the high side and if it gets stolen out of your car you are out big bucks. If a Ruger or other less expensive, but good gun gets stolen, you are not out as much.
Just my opinion.
