Has anybody seen the new Walther G22 rifle? It looks pretty cool. Retail is about $400. Does anybody know if you can buy them yet?

  I didn't like it's looks at all !
  
  Kinda looks like a futuristic "Hi-Point" carbine
  
  Go with the Browning Buckmark if you want a .22lr carbine. Price is arount the $ 400 ballpark.

  I called Walther. They did not know when the rifle would be available. Hopefully before the end of the year since it is in the 2004 catalog.
