Star BM Question

Does anyone know how to remove the magazine release button on a
Star BM 9mm pistol. Let me know. Thanks.....

  According to the NRA "Firearms Assembly" handbook, it's similar to a Colt 1911.
  
  "The magazine catch is taken out by depressing its knurled button and with a small screwdriver, turning the magazine catch lock, counter-clockwise out of its seat in the frame."
