U.S. Arms Co. shotgun
My grandfather has been searching, with no luck, for the value of a shotgun that he owns. It is a 20 guage, double barrel, hammer action. The only brand markings are:

Any guesses as to its worth?

You don't tell us nearly enough...
The gun is a trade brand (probably a Crescent if domestic). The problem is that the gun could very well be from a slightly earlier era and just as easily be Belgian.
Break the gun down and look under the tubes for a proof mark. If Belgian you'll note a "ELG". If domestic, then no proofs.
Since there's a better than even chance that the gun is Belgian, I'd also note that it may well be of damascus-type construction. This will make the gun unsafe to shoot with any modern loads as it was designed for black powder.
Given the limited amount of information you've shared, I can safely say that the gun carries little real value. Even in very good condition these pieces seldom push beyond the $200.00 mark.

U.S Arms Co. (if no foreign proof marks) made for Supplee Biddle Hardware Co of Philadelphia PA. and is listed under Brand Names used by Crescent.

Made shotguns of various Guages in Double and Single Barrels..Both Damascus and Steel Barrels, Both Hammerless and Outside Hammers.
