Any Ideas
I have the following weapon; http://www.biggerhammer.net/armpistol
It uses mostly M-16/AR-15 bolt components. It isn't feeding right. Often times I have to manually cycle the bolt to get the next round to feed. I've completely stripped the weapon down, cleaned it and lightly oiled it. The bolt has been completely taken down as well. The gas tube is clean, as well as the gas port. Tried multiple different mags and multiple different types of ammo.
Any ideas?

Can't get the link to work. I need more specific information. Is it shortstroking or failing to feed from the magazine?
Is it a pistol-type or a rifle?
Has it just started doing this or done it all along?
Got another link?
AR's are simple to troubleshoot and correct, just need the information.
Any man can shoot a gun, and with practice he can draw fast and shoot accurately, but that makes no difference. What counts is how you stand up when somebody is shooting back at you.
To die for what one believes is all very well for those so inclined, but it has always seemed to me the most vain of solutions. There is no cause worth dying for that is not better served by living. L'Amour0 -
I have the same problem in reaching your link. It sounds like the Professional Ordenance AR that Bushmaster bought but I am not sure. Like p3 I need more information to help. [8D]

Hey Vats, I see you're in AZ, if you are in the N. Phx area bring it by and I'll take a peek at it for you. Probably a bolt-to-carrier fit issue or maybe the clocking of the gas port to gas block is off.

Well...I got your link to open up O.K., but sadly I'm not much of an AR afficianado so I will be of little help except to say that KingJoey is right as far as his I.D. goes. Definately an early one too. K.J. is one of our local AR guru's so I would take him up on his offer if I were you!

Does it eject?
Does it pick up the next round?
Does it pick up the next round and jam?
How far from the rifle are the cases ejected?
You need to describe the symptoms in greater detail.0 -
Sounds like it's short-cycling, could be wrong though

It might be short cycling. It is often kicking out the spent brass, but doesn't bring the next one in, or the next round gets caught on the bolt before it can feed. I've tried headbutting it, but that didn't help.
