Question for California FFLs.
Can California FFL perform transfers from out of state FFLs if the transfer includes a pre-ban 12 round magazine? The gun it self is on the "Approved list".

EMF.... Like Mark said, dont give up on Calif. The only items you cannot ship here are mags over 10rds, assault weapons and machine guns,unless you are sending them to someone who has one of those licenses.
Contrary to some of the threads you see there is still a very brisk business in firearms here in Cal despite the efforts of some of our left wing politicians.

It should be noted that an "assault weapon" in California is not the same as an "assault weapon" in the rest of the country. The California Assault Weapons Ban is much more restrictive than the Federal AWB.
