California Legality: Beretta CX4

Does anyone know if the new Beretta carbine will be available for sale to California? I took one look at it and I can already imagine Boxer and Feinstein having a fit.

  As I recall the CX4 has a pistol grip and is magazine fed.
  
  It is NOT California legal.
  
  Unless you are a FFL with the AW license. Or law enforcement with departmental letterhead authorizing the purchase.

  Hey, why not just move to a non-comunistic state and buy what ever you want ???? I love being in Tn. !!!! (Az was great too!!!).........
