redfield peep sight

I have a Winchester Model 71 fitted with a Redfield Peep Sight. The sight has 2 small screws holding the side plate. One of the screws is missing, the other half the head is broken off. Does anyone have any idea where I can obtain those two screws. Redfield is no help, they won't answer their phone. Desperately seeking screws.

    Hello Bob...

    You need to register on the auction side of Gunbroker separately from the forum registration to be able to send messages to sellers, or to bid on any items.

    Bob... you do not get a registration number... you get a login ID and a password just like you did when you registered to use this forum. I believe that when you first sign up on the auction side, Gunbroker will email you a temporary password.

    As a side note, I went and looked at the auction listing you mention... it is for a complete rifle, not just the Redfield sight. I tried to locate that sight in Nick Stroebel's book, but it is not listed in either the Redfield sights chapter, or in the Savage Arms chapter[?]
