+2 Extension glock
I just put a +2 extension on my hi cap 13rd G21 and i did left the original base in it and i can only fit 14rds in it so does the base should no be there???

Not sure if you left the original base plate in it or not. Your decripition wasn't clear. But I have installed extension and they all required the original base plate attached to the spring. The plus two extension may be a plus one extension depending on the caliber. My .40 extension worked as a plus one. The same extension worked as a plus two on 9mm. It was a plus two. Only use extension to add ammo to a max. of ten rounds unless you're LE. Good luck out there.
