ca legal ar-15 lower receiver

I recently aquired an ar-15 but now have been transfered to ca. I am wondering how I might find a cheap legal lower receiver, or build a legal lower out of a standard lower.the fab 10 lower is very expensive $269for a stripped and then 59 for the parts kit.any one have any thought on this.   Mark if I take the fab 10 lower and putit on my olympic arms upper will it be legal then to shoot in ca? steve

  Mark , It looks like the fab 10 will have to be the answer.I just wish that I could find something a little more reasonable in price. any Ideas of a place that sells them cheaper. Thanks again very much for the reply. Thanks Steve
