If you believe what you read it is. I've read and am impressed with averthing written about it. But, like you would ask the same question if I was looking to buy a key hole gun. Sorry no help here. I have owned older ones like the PT 99 AF and the PT-908. Both were great while they were with me. Hope they still are.
