Is it hard to get a C&R permit?
Who do I contact?
What do I do?

  Alright, I have a rifle up for auction that is C&R Eligbile, that?s all I know (it?s also a rifle btw). I do not have a C&R or FFL. If the bidders that wins has a C&R do I just ship it to them without having to send the rifle through an FFL dealer or what?

  Call your local ATF office and ask them to send you ATF Form 7CR.When you get the application fill it out and send it back with a 30.00 check.Or download it yourself
