Sights for a buck mark

I just purchased a Buck Mark .22 pistol. Like all new products the first thing that comes to mind are accessories. What kind of sights are available. I notice there are hi viz sights, do they make a hooded front sight? Also would it be worth it to put a red dot on this model? What would this involve? Are the Red dots very expensive? Thanks for your input.
