Remington 22 Mag, 33 grain V Max loads

I was using Winchester 40 grain 22 Mag rounds for close up (100 yards) prairie dog shooting, but tried some of the Remington V Max loads and have to say I am quite impressed! They do a number on the prairie dogs! Does anyone know the velocity of these loads as compared with the 40 grain Winchester JHP loads?

  I have used about all the 22mag ammo out of my 22 taurus 2" and theres a great difference in the damage they do even in the short barrell, the ammo today is far better than they had years ago...the speed I dont have a clue but its hot, and makes a great little protector ....sad the 22 mag is so under-rated.....
