22 conversion system for ar 15

I went to a gun show last wekend and saw a ciener 22 conversion systemfor the ar 15. Upon closer inspection i realize thet when using this conversion systen that the fired bullet will travet at least 1 inch before being forced into rotation.
Does anybody have any experience with those converion systems in term of accuracy and lead deposit in the barrel?

    Fairly accurate at close range. Fast barrel twist will lead up pretty quick with cheap bullets, use only gilded rounds. Buy it for cheap fun (and practice cleaning your weapon).[;)]

    Any man can shoot a gun, and with practice he can draw fast and shoot accurately, but that makes no difference. What counts is how you stand up when somebody is shooting back at you.
