Silver Bear 223 ammo from Russia

I bought about 500 rounds of this russian ammo, Silver Bear 223 62 grain SP and was wondering if anyone had any feedback on it. Is it ok in a Bushmaster AR and a Ruger Mini 14? Any problems with it?

  Works great in my Bushy, make sure to tap your mags after loading them so all the rounds are seated at the back, I think the OAL of the 62gr ammo is a little longer than the 55gr version.
