HELP-NEED REAR SIGHT INFO ON STEVENS 87M

Please respond if you know anything about what the original rear sight would look like for a Stevens Model 87M. It's made to look like a M-1 Garand. I have the Sears version of the gun and got it without sights. I was told Lyman made the front and it was a globe sight. I've ordered one from Lyman and it is on the way, but so far, nobody can tell me what the rear sight looks like. I think it was an aperture like the old mossberg 22's and it has 2 holes drilled and tapped in the side of the receiver and the stock is relieved below these holes. There is also a slot with a drilled and tapped hole at the front end of it, which is directly over the bolt area. I ordered a rear sight from numrich and they just sent a regular rear sight which mounts on the barrel of the regular model 87's but the barrel is covered with the handguard so I know this is not right. I can send a digital photo if you need more info. If anyone has one of these guns-can you email me a photo of the sights. I've contacted a bunch of folks thru internet sites and NO ONE has been able to nail it down yet. One person speculated that it may have been a NRA sight but I don't know what those look like.     If you could, post the picture, including a close-up of the holes for the aperature sight mount. I will look in my old Lyman catalog from the early 50's over the weekend and try to figure out a bit more!

    I just found this gun on GUNBROKER and it looks like these are the sights I need for my gun-got any ideas on who might have them?
