.338-06 Load Data

Looking for a reliable source for .338-06 load data. Would like to use W-W760 powder with 225grn. Hornaday SP bullets. Any suggestions?? Thanks, Jim e-mail: jmh7@crosslink.net

  Besides the WW 760 you might consider AA XMR-4350.

  I use 180gr Nosler balistic tip in my custom 338.06 I got the load out of the newest Nosler reloading manuel. I haven't had a chance to take my 338.06 out West yet. If I do I will go to a heaver bullet and a partition bullet also so it will hold together better on an elk. For now the 180gr do a great job on Southern white tail. They have loads in there for the 225 nosler partition so that may give you another source to look at also.
