Ghostring question

Just added one to my P11 and am really impressed.

Now, would like to do the same for my Glock mod.19...
I've done a search, and find them available for almost every model of Glock...except the 19.

What's the deal? Height? What?

Most importantly,
can someone steer me in the right direction to locate one?

  I saw an ad for the G23..... Same gun as the G19, maybe look for the G23 sight?
