I have some real old guns. Two are HR 32 revolvers one hammer & one hammeress there were my fathers as a gift in the thirties. Also a 22 winchester model 1906 pump. I got it from my father as a gift when I was 14. We could at that time use guns as youngsters. We learned the value of harm at an early age. They were weapons not toys. Others are from mid fifties & early sixties. None of these guns were ever registered. It was not mandatory then to register guns. I have shot guns & rifles. If I were to sell ( sale) or (Auction)them would I need to register them or sell them through a dealer with out registering them with my local PD.

I have no idea about Connecticut firearms law, but I think it's a shame that anyone would be forced to register a firearm just to sell it!
Maybe in your next incarnation, you'll live in a free state.
