i have one WWII vintage M1 carbine.Inland MFG Division of General Motors 2-44. Good condition . Anyone know what its worth?

  Price will depend on a lot of things--most specifically if it was "imported." After WW2 a lot of M1 carbines were sold to foreign governments who used them, then sold them to private dealers who imported them back to the US and sold them to the public.
  
  If there are no import markings (and nobody did any "modifications" to it) your Carbine is probably worth a minimum of $500. Different features could make it worth a lot more--like for example, if it was somehow not re-built, but was "original" as it was produced in the 1940's. It's unlikely this is the case, as nearly all Carbines out there have been rebuilt atleast once.
  
  How did the rifle come to you? That could give clues to its history and value. If it might be something that is more than just a "nice carbine" it should be looked at by an expert to determine its worth.
  
  As with your SKS thread--if you can post pictures, people can give you a better idea about what you have.

  In "good" condition and without any import markings your carbine is worth about $500 to $600.

  It is impossible for anyone to make an accurate estimate without photos or a detailed description of every part.
  
  Your BARREL was made by Inland. To determine the manufacturer of the CARBINE, look behind the rear sight.
