stevens marksman, upside down stamp?
I have a Stevens Marksman .22 rifle. The Stevens Trademark on the right side of the receiver is stamped upside down. I've never seen one like it. Is this a mistake on the production line or were some stamped upside down? Any info?

Welcome to the Ask the Experts Forum: It Happens once in awhile...If the Mechanic thats replacing an old Stamp Die gets side tracked or Really not paying attention. the die gets re-installed upside down....Hence.......You get a few Guns that are perfectly Good...Just an upside down Stamp....Not worth anything...No Collector value.....just a conversation piece.............
