Hi Guys looking for some info on the worth of a Browning Belguim 12 Ga. 2 3/4" 30"full choke barrel.Gun is in good condition with normal bluing wear for the age of the gun.Sister-in law would like to get rid of it since my brother-in law has had a stroke.I'm guessing the gun was purchased in the late 50s.Don't know much about guns so any help would be appreicated Thanks Mike

    Hello spending...

Now that really depends on exactly what kind of box it is... me personally, I have parts boxes, junk boxes, and a few cigar boxes[;)]

Seriously now, you didn't even tell us what flavor of Browning scattergun it is... e.g. A-5, Superposed, etc., and once that mystery is solved, then we just might like to know all those nice little details about it (like is it a plain jane Field grade gun, or something a bit more special).

Finally, you might also tell us what condition it is in... the last time I checked, a well-used, beat-up, or abused gun just isn't worth the same as a well cared for, nice -n- shiny, like new gun[:0]

If it really dates to the 1930s, then it is probably worth $1200 - $1500 in the condition you describe.
