INFORMATION ON 2 PISTOLS
I'm interested in learning more about 2 pistols I inherited from my father. The first is a Mauser, with a leather holster and extra clip.
one side of the barrel has Mauser 7.65. The other side has 175389 waffenfabrik mauser a g oberndorff a n mauser's patent. The second pistol is a 32 caliber 5 shot S&W CTGL. The barrel breaks open to load. The hammer is concealed. The top of the revolver says harrington & Richardson arms company, worchester, mass usa pat apr 2 95 apr 7.96.

Your Mauser is properly called a Model 1914. It was a big brother to the .25 caliber 1910 Mauser. Made from 1914 to about 1940 when it was superseded by the Mauser HSc. A few hundred thousand made, probably the most prolific Mauser pistol.

The H&R is just a Saturday Night Special...In Super Duper Condition worth maybe $100.00...The More use it shows the less its worth...Not Made to shoot Modern loads....If it were mine....I'd shadow Box it and hang it in the Den or above the Computer....

From your description your revolver appears to be a H & R "Hammerless" model.
H & R was in business for over 100 years, they made many inexpensive revolvers similar to yours during that time frame.
Generally unless they are in factory new condition, their's little collectors interest. Depending on condition it's probably worth between $75 & $175.
