Black Warrior mags
Anyone got anything good or bad to say about Black Warrior magazines? Just ordered two from CDT, and am waiting for them to arrive. The price is RIGHT at $5.97 each. But was wondering if anyone else had any experience with them.

not all mags from the same manufacturer preform the same. what type of firearm did you order these mags for? are they steal? alum.? synthetic? high cap? $6.00 sounds awfully cheap!!! 0 -
i just looked up in the june edition of ctd, the only mags i found for $5.97 are 7rd 1911 steel mags. it doesnt say anything about blackwarrior. actually blackwarrior was a name john masen co. used years ago on some of there products. ctd, has been buying from john masen for years!!!! the mags i saw were typical 1911 7rders. they should do fine. but may not perform like mec-gar , chip mccormick, or wilsons, but consider the price difference!!!! old quote---if you got a $10.00 head, buy a $10.00 helmet!!!! 0 -
Thanks for the feedback...been buying surplus seven round single stackers for my 1911's, and been paying $5.00 per mag at the gunshows. Just thought I would check these out and see what they were about. I'll let you know how they work out.
As for the crack about a $10 head, $10 helmet, as long as they function correctly, I don't give a rat's rear end who made them.
